Bob is the President and Founder of New England Theatre Service, Inc. (NETS). His career in cinema technology began as a union projectionist and progressed through technical leadership roles with RCA Service Company and Translux Corporation, where he served as Director of Technical Services. Since founding NETS in 1983, Bob has led the company’s evolution into a full-service digital cinema equipment sales, installation, and service provider supporting movie theaters throughout New England and beyond.

 Mike is a Digital Cinema Technician at New England Theatre Service, Inc. (NETS). He joined the company in 2005 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern Connecticut State University, initially supporting advertising, marketing, and daily office operations. With a strong interest in computers and audio, Mike transitioned into a technical and consulting role under the mentorship of NETS leadership. He is certified for digital cinema service and installation by GDC, Christie, NEC, Barco, Dolby, and Cinedigm.

Matt is a Senior Digital Cinema Technician at New England Theatre Service, Inc. (NETS). He joined NETS in 1997 with a strong background in component-level electronics repair and professional audio technology. Over the years, Matt has developed extensive expertise across cinema electronics, optics, mechanics, acoustics, automation, and advanced troubleshooting. With decades of hands-on experience, he has specified, installed, and serviced digital cinema systems from every major manufacturer, supporting hundreds of cinema installations and complex digital retrofits across the United States.
