Coronavirus Update from NETS

Good evening,


We just wanted to reach out to let you know that NETS is committed to helping our customers during this unprecedented time. While this is no doubt a difficult time for the theater industry at large, we remain positive that the industry will rebound.

To ensure your theaters are prepared for when doors re-open, we recommend you use this unexpected downtime to conduct regular maintenance and/or address things that have been pushed back for various reasons including:


• Software updates

• Preventative maintenance

• Site evaluations

• Projects that have been put on hold


NETS has remote access to most of our customers, so not all work needs to be “boots on the ground” (which is obviously important as health remains a top-of-mind concern for all). If onsite service is necessary, we can try and bundle with another customer to help reduce expenses. We are all in this together. Let’s do our best to come out of it together.
